Regression

Work with your assigned partner to write a Python script to fit a regression model to this real estate data. There are a variety of different types of features/explanatory variables, make sure to do some exploratory analysis first. Note that you do not need to use all of the features available, in fact some of them are worthless! The goal is to predict the price.

Make sure to do the following:

• fill-in missing values with sensible defaults
• Feature engineering: try dropping time and location columns or converting them into other values
• Cross validation
• Use the error metrics: RMSE, MAE, & MAPE
